On line bookings should be made at least 12 hours prior to pick up time.
In case you would like to arrange a pick up, sooner than the on line booking option allows, you should make it by telephone arrangement and at least 2 hours prior to pick up time.
After you have submitted your on line booking request, you should wait for our email or/and telephone confirmation of that booking within the time frame mentioned above, so as to be valid.
After we have confirmed your on line booking (by telephone or/and on line) you will receive vehicle and driver’s data for the pick up along with other info concerning customer service.
Any booking cancellation should be made prior to at least 6 hours of agreed pick up time. In any other situation the booking will be considered as completed and in case of e-payment there will be no refund.
In bookings considering airport arrivals waiting up to one hour, from the given expected arrival time, won’t be charged plus to agreed price. Waiting due to any delays after the one hour margin mentioned before, will be charged plus to agreed booking price, counting from the first minute of the initial waiting time with the price mentioned to official taxi price list, determined by the Hellenic Ministry of Transport.
For arranged pick ups, from private or corporate addresses, hotels etc., waiting is not charged for the first 20 minutes starting from the agreed pick up time. Waiting after the first 20 minutes time frame has passed as defined previously, will be charged plus to agreed booking price, counting from the first minute of the initial waiting time with the price mentioned to official taxi price list, determined by the Hellenic Ministry of Transport.
Passengers/clients are responsible for any damage is caused, on their own culpability, to the vehicle which transfers them to the agreed destination point, and will be asked, by the driver or the company, to compensate them for the equal amount of the actualized damage.
Personal passengers/customers info given to us, by telephone, mail etc., for the purpose of completing booking requests, including private email or physical addresses, mobile numbers etc, are treated by us with the sole purpose of communicating with them within the frame of offering a proper and high end service for their booking and under no circumstances are provided to third parties for any other purposes. Customer’s credit or debit cards info given to our site for making e-payments, DO NOT APPEAR TO US THERFORE CAN NOT BE USED FOR ANY OTHER PURPOSE THAN COMPLETING E-PAYMENTS. Those cards data are directly sent to the National Bank of Greece which is our associate clearing company for e-payment transactions through it e-commerce network. That way customers data are fully protected by the most powerful banking institute in Greece and its legal term and conditions applied for those situations signed by our company.
We reserve any right to change the selected vehicle or driver for which or whom the customers have been informed and in that case we will communicate to customers the new driver’s and vehicle data for the agreed pick up.
Our vehicles are fully insured for liabilities, as defined on the corresponding legal contracts by the insurance companies, that might be caused to third parties.
All of our drivers are fully vaccinated and receive any proactive measure against Covid.
Smoking or consuming alcohol inside the vehicles and during the transportation time is fully prohibited.
